1. Had to be interesting as hell it put bush to sleep.
Who ever wrote it, had so many many big words it tired his widdle brain out.

2. i just read the pdf file provided by your link and i have to say bush looks like he knows
that the words coming out of his mouth are some sort of bullshit intended to pull the wool over people's eyes about the reality of bush's own petty dictatorship ... he seems to be thinking "... people know that when it comes to democracy or dictatorship, I am on the side of dictatorship."
