What good is focusing on health insurance when the real problem is medical incompetence and negligence?

Nearly 800,000 wrongful deaths and 20 million injuries every year! Osama only needs to bide his time. The American health care system will do the job for him!

I hypothesize that it would decrease. More women and children would die in childbirth. More kids would succumb to preventable childhood diseases. Accident victims would be less likely to survive. And if you get cancer, forget about it.
