1. Makes more sense to miss the two votes than only one.
Edited on Wed Sep-26-07 12:41 PM by Mass
It makes clear he was busy somewhere else and not skipping the vote.

However, it would have been nice for him to be there and vote. Every other Democratic presidential candidates were there, so it is not tonight debate.

Right or wrong, it took courage to do so. Your turn. Or are you waiting for Obama's "statement"?

8. I have no idea why he didn't vote on this or the Biden-Boxer Brownbeck
amendment. I'm waiting to hear why. I trust he had a good reason for both abstentions.

11.  obama
maybe it's a strategy, Hillary's been getting all the attention, so him not voting, they will bring it up in the debate then they will all go after him tonight then he can fight them all off and win then he can prove his medal , get media attention, and get some votes

17. Yeah, and her IWR vote can also help her take credit for the hell hole we created in
Iraq. :grr:

Courage? B.S. More like chickenshit armchair warmonger, one each, HRC.

16. Obama has lost my vote - Preventing a war with IRAN is absolutely #1 priority.
If you think "shock and awe" was horrific, just wait until these CRAZY IDEOLOGUES mini-nuke over two dozen targets in Iran. :grr: :scared:

THIS INSANITY MUST BE STOPPED, AND STOPPED NOW!!!

I'm so ashamed of the democratic senators who voted "aye." :grr: :(

i think he will get killed tonight, lets say goodbye to the obama presidency, he might even want a way out by not voting, if this is some weird strategy to win i have no idea.
