From Clint Curtis

I would like to thank everyone that has given their hard earned money and their
valuable time to this campaign. Last email we told you that we had a goal of $250,000
to reach by Sept 30th in order to gain DCCC support. That goal has not yet been
reached and will not be - short of a miracle. We don't know what will happen
with the DCCC. What we do know is that we are up and running and we will win no
matter what.

We already have our campaign team in place. Literature to four thousand six hundred
(4,600) households already has been delivered. A successful Launch to Victory in
'08 Celebration was held with a standing room only crowd. It was good to see
many of you there. Speakers included representatives from the Democratic Executive
Committees in District 24 and the Progressive Democrats of America (PDA) and Democracy
for America (DFA). My Netroots Campaign is also established. Twenty-six Bloggers
keep the blog-o-sphere buzzing. Thanks to some of you recommending my first Diary
on DailyKos it made it to the top of list. There is a link on Bradblog to the many
articles about all that I have done and I recently Guest Blogged and was a feature
story last month.

Last campaign we were outspent 26/1 yet came within two (2) points of defeating
the 2 term incumbent Tom Feeney. Imagine what we can do in 2008 if each of you
would give $20.08 at www.ActBlue.com/page/ClintCurtis <http://www.ActBlue.com/page/ClintCurtis>
With the maximum you can give for the primary $2,300, make a monthly contribution
of $10, $25, $50, $100 even $190 per month at www.Clintcurits.com <http://www.Clintcurits.com>
and know you will have a representative in Congress who will not give up nor give
in. I will get the job done. If you have given all you can, then please call a few
friends and ask them to give. Bundle your money together and show Washington we
are ready to win. Let's raise $10,000 this week and end the quarter with a bang!

Our campaign has always been about people. Thank you for being my strong and deep
grassroots organization and loyal supporters from across the country that wants
Tom Feeney out of office and believes that I am the person to defeat him in the
2008 election. I want to let you know that the Clint Curtis Campaign intends to
do just that and pick up another congressional seat for the Democratic Party.
With your support we can all be winners.

Thank you again for all you have done and your continued support. I deeply appreciate
it.

3. Why should we give money to a campaign which presents bald-faced lies to raise $$$?

Two points? Feeney beat Curtis 57.9% to 42.1%:

Did Curtis' campaign really think that no one would catch that?
