Amazing when you look at it that way. I posted this in another thread, but it is so unbelievable it needs its own thread.

From Huffington Post:

House Dems Sell-Out MoveOn, Condemnation of Free Speech Gets More Votes than Children

The United States House of Representatives just voted to condemn Moveon.org for an ad, which ran in last Monday's New York Times. The vote was 341-79.

Yesterday, the House passed legislation that will increase health care coverage to an additional 3.5 million children. That vote was 265-159.

By an embarrassingly significant margin, the House of Representatives favors condemning the Constitutional right of free speech over providing health care to children. This is about as bad as it gets. How can these people sleep at night?

I'm beside myself.

1. Remember..
All three branches of government are bought and owned.

The only way people will get represented is to rise up en
masse and demand it in a way that cannot be ignored.

2. At least more Democrats voted for SCHIP than on the MoveOn thing
220 Democrats voted for SCHIP:

and 146 voted for the MoveOn.org amandment:

3. That's 146 Democrats too many to condemn an ad.
And why was it brought up for a vote in the first place??

Last I heard we control the House by a good margin.

In fact why was it brought up in the Senate?

There really is no excusing this.
