Hillary...I'm Mild About Her.
Edited on Thu Sep-27-07 04:26 PM by rndmprsn
Hillary has not impressed me this primary season, you can say i'm mild about hillary, she gives some of the most twisted-playing-all-sides-answers, trying to pander to 100 different groups at once, i have ever heard.

like her answer to the nuclear power question, i couldn't tell if she was for it or against it there were so many qualifications etc.

then she kind of mumbled something about her awful vote for the kyl/lieberman/pseudo-iran-war-auth, protecting the troops? is that what i heard?

she REFUSED to answer direct questions about: Healthcare, Social Security, etc...what was up with that?

...and she wont end combat missions in iraq either?

most of the time she likes to be generically lumped in with the other candidates, us against the republicans etc...and i can see why, because when Hillary stands on her own positions...she doesn't look that good, Edwards made her look bad last night by contrasting his and her positions strongly.

ok...i said my piece, now flame away

1. Good way to put it
"mild about her". Right there with ya. But ... for all my misgivings re: Hillary (and I have many) I will vote for her without hesitation in a general election.

Whatever slim hope this country has of pulling out of its downhill slide lies with the Democrats. Period.

2. What defines a democrat besides the letter D?
I hope we get our votes right in the primaries.

3. I hope if she gets it that she don't pull us down further...first thing she
will do is go after Dean and DNC...
