Edwards and Kerry performed same among people/families with military
exeperience/connections.

Interesting.

I guess they care about jobs and the economy.

32% of voters who were 'enthusiastic about Bush' voted for Dean
10% of voters who were 'enthusiastic about Bush' voted for Kerry

Looks like many of those strong Bush supporters are in military/veteran families.

2. The poor(er) folks went with Kerry
Kerry held strong in the traditional demographics of Dems.
Edwards support tended more suburban and higher income.

50% of voters with incomes under $15,000 voted for Kerry


15% of African-American voters voted for Edwards
55% of African-American voters voted for Kerry

23% of Latino voters voted for Edwards
46% of Latino voters voted for Kerry

31% of Democratic voters voted for Edwards
48% of Democratic voters voted for Kerry

44% of Republican voters voted for Edwards
18% of Republican voters voted for Kerry

EVERYbody cares about their wallets and taht means their jobs and that means the economy.
