Poll question: In my opinion, Obama is the only one with a chance of beating Clinton. |
|
And Obama's chances are getting slimmer by the day. Not that I don't think Obama is a fine candiate, but he simply hasn't given the grassroots reason enough to vote for him over Hillary. There simply is no compelling reason for most to vote against Clinton's proven ability and experience in the White House and Senate. And there is her known ability to take it to the Republicans, as well as her superior electibility. The list goes on and on...
Unless Obama can provide a more compelling reason why he would be the better choice than Hillary, this race is essentially over. The odds of that happening are very slim, in my view.
As for the other candidates...not a chance. Nada. Zero. Zilch.

1. You are underestimating Obama, cal. The kind of organization we have in Iowa |
|
and now in NH and SC will put Barack in a great position to beat Hillary, or at least to give her a good run for her money.
The best of Barack Obama has not been seen yet, and the race is starting to define itself now.

Edit: A please don't say hope. Nobody has a monopoly on hope, and it's going to take more than hope to win.

9. That's Bill Clinton's spin to the fact that Barack put his political future on the line |
|
to oppose this ridiculous war while the people in the Senate who had the intelligence reports on their hands were duped by W.
Still, www.barackobama.com

You fucking people are nuts. She's not Bill Clinton. You are voting for her because she's a woman and her name is Clinton. That is all you have-except spin.

Obama campaigned against the war when it wasn't popular to do so. |
|
It's very simple, man. Just because he didn't want to speculate about a Senate vote he didn't make doesn't mean he lacks judgement like Hillary does.

|
The fact is he didn't vote. We know if he read the intelligence, like Hillary did not, he would have voted no.
Hillary is responsible for the Iraq war just as much as Bush and Cheney. You can pretend all you want that Obama did too, but he didn't.

I see no evidence Hillary is a war-lover. Perhaps she has exhibited poor judgment at times, but that doesn't make her a war-lover.
I have no doubt our foreign policy would be significantly better under a Clinton administration.

Nobody has given a compelling enough reason to vote for them over Clinton's experience and proven track record. How is that going to change?
