The democrats tried taking him off the air before--they gave the troops a vote on who was broadcasted on the armed forces network--and Rush won overwelmingly. So considering the majority of the military listens too and approves of Rush--what is you opinion of our brave men and women serving this country?

How about I pose a question to you. Those overwhelming numbers that you talk about? Were they all officers? Were they all White? Were there any minorities? Any Women?

Until you can answer these questions...you don't know if there was a fair vote do you?

Ask and you shall recieve. I wasnt completely correct--the troops were asked--"Who do you want that we don't at present carry?" Rush wasnt even listed on the ballot and still won. Regardless--you have to admit the majority of soilders vote republican--and therefore prefer someone like Rush on Armed Forces Radio--so let them have what they want.

12. The majority of soldiers do NOT vote Republican. Huge, debunked myth.

If that were true, Faux news would have been screaming that statistic from the rooftops when the skewed 2004 election results rolled in. The fact that the military vote percentages were never announced in the mainstream media backs up what most enlisted personnel will tell you...

...just because the military are brainwashed with Republican bull-crap doesn't mean they buy it. I have more than a few friends and family members who are career military, and they know the troops voted 60%-40% in favor of Kerry. After all, Bush's policies do nothing but get American soldiers killed. The troops fear him and his slipshod "leadership." He's a pariah and a black plague in the eyes of the vast majority of the armed forces.

Nowadays, you'd be lucky to find 20% of the troops supporting the brain-dead chimp.

Also, Wikipedia can be edited by ANYONE. Any Rush Limpballs sympathizer can add a blurb on that page stating that the troops are dying to hear the fat pied piper's show, but that doesn't make it true. It's highly unlikely anyone but a Rush worshiper would have created that Wiki page in the first place. Wiki is hardly a credible source for such stats.
