6. 4 more years of US occupation in Iraq
How is one of the biggest Democrat war hawks in 2002 now considered one of the top tier candidates in 2007 by running on some half assed peace platform?

Something is very wrong here.

8. 99% of his 2004 campaign was "Two Americas"--the last thing he wanted people to think about was war.
How can you call that being a "war hawk", much less "the biggest war hawk", especially when he was running against Lieberman and Kerry (that latter of whom actually ran ads showing himself carrying an M16)?

13. Edwards speech in 2002
http://www.cfr.org/publication/5441/
My position is very clear: The time has come for decisive action to eliminate the threat posed by Saddam Hussein’s weapons of mass destruction. I am a co-sponsor of the bipartisan resolution we’re currently considering.--John Edwards October 2002

Edwards did not just vote for the war, he cheerleaded for it.

15. Try to stay current. At the very least, get yourself a new calendar.
The history of the United States is now at October 5, 2007, just past 1:20 a.m. or so Eastern.

Promptness counts.

18. Did he run an ad of himself carrying an M16? Did he ride into the convention on a swift boat?
Did he talk about war the way Lieberman talks about it?

If you asked 100 people what Edwards campaigned on in 2004, do you think even 3 would say the war? Or do you think 99 would say "two americas, class and opportunity"?

9. You may be misreading the landscape.
Your screen reads "enemy submarine" when in fact it's a dolphin.

Hold your fire.

12. Intelligent people know when they've made mistakes
That's why you see Dems change their minds, while Repukes stubbornly stick to their beliefs--no matter how detrimental they are to America.

It looks like Edwards has done a good job of explaining what he stands for, and that people are receptive to those things.
