The majority of Americans want National Health Insurance
---

They want some form of affordable and secure coverage that covers all.

As long as the Republican Party continues to ignore this fact, and push for private sector solutions, they will continue to disintegrate as a party.

Bankruptcy cuts through all political lines and health care costs are the leading cause.

7. Thanks
I found this article: http://abcnews.go.com/sections/living/US/healthcare031020_poll.html

It was fairly recent and had some very interesting numbers. Worth checking it out if you haven't already read it.

5. Insurance Companies are . . .
"Middle Men" with which have enjoyed excessive profits. Then on top of that, there is a bureaucracy of thousands of agents and other people who get a very healthy cut. A lot of people who be out of a job, and those people sure aren't going to want to lose their piece of the insurance pie. It is a rotten system, and the consumer gets the shaft in the system.
