Poll question: Do you agree or disagree with the following assertion?
The Republican plan is to use the war, and the patriotic fervor that seems to swell up around every new military adventure, to kick ass next November, branding us Democrats as weak, indecisive and obstructionist... if not out-and-out traitors.

11. No way.
Every poll shows Americans are sick of this war, and they know it.

2.  I disagree----even the Republicans are smart enough to know that
the American public has had it.

9. I think they'll try to use fear, and downplay or run away from the war by election time--
and they won't openly advocate war with Iran either, except for Rudy. Remember, word on the street is that as soon as primary season is over next winter, the Repubs plan to start talking about ending Iraq--they think they have PLENTY of time before Nov. 08 to start breaking away from that disaster, and they won't give up elections and power for it.
