A big *IF*: IF Al Gore were to decide to run, and if he gets elected, do you think
Edited on Tue Oct-09-07 02:11 PM by hisownpetard
he would go after Bush and his co-criminals with zealous determination - or
do you think he'd be afraid to do so for fear that such a course would be perceived
as Gore trying to 'punish' Bush for stealing the election in 2000?

1. Your choices: "Get Bush & Co" OR "He's afraid"
I pick none of the above.

2. I think Gore's way past
caring about "what is perceived" and wants to go straightaway to what is best course of action.

5. Go after them how?
He'd be president, not a prosecutor --- if he engaged in being a prosecutor he'd be guilty of what Bush is doing right now, politicizing the judicial system.

It wouldn't be up to Gore to go after anyone in that position. It would be the place of a prosecutor to do so.

The question indicates a misunderstanding of the duties and responsibilities of the office of the presidency in my opinion.
