Most of the people who came out to see Biden on the cool Saturday morning were out-of-state parents of students at the college looking to get a taste of the New Hampshire primary process. Biden slammed Bush on foreign policy, criticized his fellow Democrats for having no backbone and wooed the crowd with his talk about making college more affordable through federal aid.
“I love
, ‘I worked my way through ,’” Biden said. “I worked my way through college but when I was in college, tuition was $345 a year.”
