I am no Clinton fan by any stretch of the imagination, (I prefer Kucinich then Edwards) but How would this pair do in a general election? I am asking about at this marriage strategically only. It Seems to have money, namepower and money all in one package let alone the gender card. It also marries the left and the right (I call HRC a Centrist-Right Candidate because of her War stances)
What do you think?

1. I would love to see Gore/Edwards, but I think |

Gore/Clinton would also actually go over very well with the general public.... not here at DU of course though....

3. I think there is too much bad blood for that ticket. And Hillary has too much ego |
|
to be VP.She wouldn't give precedence to Gore when he was VP. She certainly wouldn't want to be his VP now!

But if Gore runs.....and if he beats her.....and if he asks.....wouldn't the two have a great pull for the American public?

The question obviously was hypothetical.
I think the two of them would be a lock though.
