Dear Dean Supporters
I feel really sorry and bad about Dean dropping out. I remember how depressing it was after Clark dropped out.

I won't give you patronizing nonsense about how Dean changed the party, etc. You all liked him best, and he was a great guy and candidate for any number of reasons.

For what it's worth, I hope you take something good from your experiences thus far. And realize that you'll feel better in a few days. Don't worry about planning your political alleigances (or whatever) right now. Just feel better and enjoy the days for a while

3. No problem, SW
Argh... the two most inspiring candidates dropped out.

I like the other two a lot, but oh well :(

These are painful times. I hope you all stick together and work to change the system. You are a powerful force. Best wishes.

5. Indeed, This Is Painful....
However, I did start out an Edwards supporter, and Edwards always remained my number 2 guy. So, his strong showing in Wisconsin was heartening for me, because Super Tuesday is coming, a lot of Southern states there, and Edwards gonna get a BIG boost from that, methinks.

Anyway, I'm now back on the Edwards train.

I refuse to actively support Kerry.

If Kerry DOES end up the nominee, he gets passive support only, in the form that I will still vote ABB, but it will be a vote AGAINST Bush, and NOT a vote FOR Kerry.

OTOH, if EDWARDS gets the nominantion, I will actively support him.

At this point, I'd be most pleased to call him President Edwards.

6. I was a solid Dean supporter
but since he dropped out of the race I am doing what he has asked all his supporters to do---support the Democratic nominee. There are so many issues that are important to me that I don't want to take any chances on another four years of Bush.

Sure, I'm disappointed that Dean didn't win and I was also disappointed that Wes Clark dropped out 'cause he was my number two guy. But life goes on and I'm ready to help the Democrats take back the White House.
