1. See WWW.Venezuelanalysis.com for Excellent, English Language VE News |
|
I'm an American living in Venezuela. I have found www.venezuelanalysis.com to be an excellent source of news and thoughtful commentary written in the English language.

12. Venezuelanalysis.com is the equivalent of FoxNews for Chavez. |
|
You can certainly gleam the Chavez administration's views from it but its more a propaganda org for his party than anything else.

for good Venezuelan info.
I'm not here to critique then sources. I just want them. And I'd like one from you too.
What's YOUR reliable news source?
But I must say that if the person lives there and still thinks it's a good source, then I'll give it a look. I would think a resident of the place would know something of which they speak.

Well I read most of them even va.com.
Try the bbc for a fairly objective look.
NarcoNews is another source in the va.com realm but if you're looking for more sources to read they should be included.

I'm not judging here, just collecting.
Which is your favorite source for good, solid news?

There's tons of anti-Chavez bias, it's obvious from the way some of the press articles appear and are disseminated that they are from the propaganda machine. No doubt there's a fair deal of pro-Chavez bias as well, though less of it reaches us here. What's an even-handed newspaper? Do they exist in this case? Spanish is fine by me.

Mark Weisbrot is the primary write on Venezuela for CEPR. His articles can also be found on Commondreams.org sometimes.
