Many of my family members have served in our armed forces. I have the utmost respect for their bravery and sacrifice. That is why it is especially important to me that we end the war in Iraq safely and without trading a dictator for chaos and, worse, genocide.

Just as it dishonored our troops for this Administration to send them into battle without a plan for victory, without the armor needed to keep them safe, and without proper care for them when they returned to our nation's military hospitals, it would dishonor our troops to walk away from Iraq without an exit plan.
