Non-Kucinich Supporters! What do you like about Dennis?
Dennis Kucinich is one of my favorite candidates, but I have stated that I am leaning Dean. I would like to hear from other people, like myself, who support other candidates, but would like to say why they think Dennis Kucinich would be a great President.

I would also like NON-Kucinich supporters to offer advice on how they feel Dennis Kucinich could improve his campaign. Please try to stay constructive and positive.

Here are the other candidate threads, so far:

For Non-Dean suppporters:

For Non-Clark supporters:

For Non-Kerry supporters:

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=132&topic_id=35989&mesg_id=35989

Let's see if we can keep from trashing the candidates on these topics, okay?

1. He fights until the last dog dies
for that which he believes in. When he is on he is close to unbeatable in putting forth his position. He has done well fundraising and brought needed issues to the table. That said I wish he would have run as the pro lifer he used to be but that was not to be. I am glad he ran.

3. i like dennis
and i am glad he is in the race. i hope he can hang on, and stay in. i think he is courageous, smart, and has a true lefty vision for america. i disagree with his desire to dump nafta and wto, because i approve of free trade, even tho i see the flaws. i think this is the kind of absolutist stance that makes him unelectable. i think it makes him a real asset to the party. a theorist of what could be. but i cannot see him being effective in the real government of scratch my back and i'll scratch yours.

4. I Voted Kucinich
in the moveon primary back in February I think it was. Me and my husband both did. I think he is a sincere and honest man and it is a sad state of affairs in this country when someone who suggests a department of Peace is considered a kook. If Clark hadn't entered the race my vote would have definately gone to Kucinich. It still would if I had even the slightest bit of faith in my fellow Americans but alas I don't.

5. His attitude
I'm a Kerry supporter first, but I adore DK's attitude. He is enthusiastic and kind to everyone he meets. I think he truly wants to make the world a better place. :)

I don't feel he has done anything wrong with his campaign. He's the most liberal candidate which turns off some Dems., but I wouldn't want him to change to please the masses. His worst problem has been that he's virtually ignored by the media and I think that's beyond his control.

6. I agree
Dennis is certainly the best liberal candidate, and he is getting an unfair shake beyond his control. He is a very kind and good man. Thank you, armatt, again!

7. lots and lots
and after watching his life history on CSPAN last night, a renewed respect for everything he says. He is a true defender of the underdog. :)
