Mitt Romney wants to end "secularism." |

3. He would literally eat cow dung if it meant getting elected. |

He will pander to ANY issue.
His positions are a complete 180 from his Mass. days.

6. He wants to get elected; and will say ANYTHING it takes to do so. |
|
He was a big supporter of abortion and gay rights like 4 years ago. His complete 180 on the issues is laughable. Maybe he thinks he can fool people. I don't know--or care. Any Democrat will crush this game show host freak.

He has a lot of money, and a chance of winning the Republican primary in Iowa.

in all likelihood, as the Ghoul is even more fatally flawed.
Not that this means anyone should take him seriously, of course.

13. Mormon cosmology and "theology" are so convoluted that one can't keep track of where or which god |
|
lives where. I seem to believe that Adam, who is now a god and Eve his godette lived in Eden outside of KC, but the god who created him and her along with his godette(s) live on a planet in the vicinity of the sun Kolob.
I lack my trusty seer stones and the urim and thummin for consultation at the moment and am a bit rusty in my "reformed heiroglyphics," so I can't consult the word of wisdom contained in the holy missing tablets.
I have to wonder, what do they feed that salamander they keep in the Temple in SLC. I email them regularly and they refuse to answer me, but if it stayed buried for so long along the plates, then I guess it doesn't get hungry very darn often.
Pardon me brothers and sisters, but I am going on a beer and cig run for my missionaries.

16. Actually, God lives on a planet called Kolob |
|
He may visit Missouri from time to time, I'm not sure, but his throne is on Kolob. They say it is quite Earth-like, although one day on Kolob is equal to 1000 years on Earth. Which is really great for minimizing wear and tear on the old magic underwear.

Several of my family members bring this up from time to time, and I always ask them, "Okay, but which religion? Even if you're going to outright disregard the fact that some people in this country are not Christian, which branch of Christianity should things be based on? Old Testament Catholicism? Mainline Protestantism? Hippy Dippy Episcopalianism? How would you feel if the United States chose to base its entire system of government on a religion that wasn't YOURS? You know how you avoid questions like that? By following that part in the Constitution that has all those 'secular' words: 'Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion.'"
Blank stare, subject change...

20. No surprise, the Mormons maintain that the founding fathers were channeling God himself... |
|
Essentially creating a country to allow for the eventual establishment of the LDS church. They even go so far as to claim that the ghosts of the founding fathers appeared in a temple, asking to have their posthumous ordinances performed.

30. And the Unitarians started in Boston!! |
|
I'm sure he'd condemn the Unitarian-Universalists to hell if he knew about them.
They were against slavery. And the first Unitarian, Michael Servetus of Transylvania, was lured to Geneva to debate John Calvin. John Calvin, Martin Luther and the Catholic Inquisition were all after him. He believed in One God, and was against infant baptism.
And John Calvin barbequed him at the stake in Geneva.
