I think his first moves will be on things like ethics, campaign reform, etc. I know you said "from this list", but from listening to him, I can't tell which would get done first. I assume he would start with Iraq, as he does talk about it a lot, but I don't think it's going to be so quick and easy to do, so it may not be the 1st thing to get done, even if it seems to be his highest priority compared to the other items on the list

Barack is a VERY dynamic man!! He would assemble an excellent team of people around him and set them to work on coming up with solutions for multiple issues. That, is what makes him a good leader!! He'll get everyone working TOGETHER on our most dire problems!!! Although, I do believe he will tackle the issue foremost on people's minds IMMEDIATELY - getting us out of this costly war in Iraq!!! :patriot:
