3. It'd think it was silly
Edited on Thu Feb-19-04 11:51 PM by Dookus
since he's not a Green, and his record is incompatible with the Green Party.

4. He's not.
I doubt that he will.

besides, the Greens will not accept him.

Greens are very issue oriented and go by their "litmus test" more than any other.

8. There's nothing to think about
He won't do it. He is supporting the Democratic ticket, and he urges his supporters to do so.

9. No! He is not that Green,
he just has the character of a Green. Some of his policies would not coincide with the Green Party ticket. Besides, it wouldn't be like him to just switch parties. He said he would support the nominee in order to get Bush out. He is better served as the movement within the Dem Party that he is. I think he should help us change from the ground up, through the local, state & legislative areas!

17. Dean is too moderate to be Green
I think the Democratic candidate that is closest to Green ideology is Dennis Kucinich.

The bumper sticker is cool though. I know many Greens who volunteered for the Dean campaign.

At this point, I want Dean to be chairman of the DNC. I don't know how the chairman is chosen, but Dean has a proven track record of raising large amounts of money, he can stir up excitement and keep the base committed to the party AND the man is a pit bull. I want a fighter, not a shmoozer.

But that's just my humble opinion.
