In my life, I've had a Boxer, Old English, & Basset Hound.

I had to put my Basset to sleep a few years ago, & I've always wanted a tiny lap dog.

I bought a magazine about these little spaniels; they just have the sweetest faces. I've also been looking at other toy breeds.

Do you know how they are for people with allergies?

Anyway, Isabelle is a beautiful little girl, & just looking at her photo gives me doggie withdrawl.

They do have long hair and shed...if that matters. If you do consider buying a Cavalier make sure you buy from a reputable breeder. The breed has a genetic mitral heart valve defect. Be sure to research the breeder and look at the lineage of the mom and dad.

Isabelle is a SPOILED little girl! If you really want a lap dog...this is a good breed. She's never far away and I'm NEVER out of her sight. She would live on my lap if she could. :) My collie thought she was a lap dog too though! LOL!

Actually, I love almost all dog breeds. When I lived In the NY area,
I went to the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show every year. I just spent hours, looking at all the breeds, watching them being groomed for the show, & watching them compete.
