Hustler Editor: More Sources Confirm Lott Story

Saturday December 1st, 2007 9:11 AM by BHDC Staff

The Dallas Voice’s David Webb has published an interesting article involving our Trent Lott / Benjamin Nicholas story. Pay attention, folks:

Finally, in my feverish pursuit of the story, I called Bruce David, the editorial director of Hustler, to see if Flynt had the goods on Lott, and whether we could expect an expose on Lott any time soon.

David confirmed that Hustler had received information about Lott from sources other than Nicholas, but he declined to reveal any of it.

“If I tell you anything about it, I run the risk I’m going to have to pay one of our sources for information we might not even publish,” David said.

David said there might not be any point in publishing a story about Lott because he has resigned.

1. I can see Hustler's point of view on this
They say they are only interested in getting hypocrites out of power. Lott is gone. Spend the money on other sources to out hypocrites who remain in power.

2. I have to say this....when people see you give a cheer when people
like Lott who are supposed to be closet gays leave office they think we are cheering because they are "gay"..that is definitely and positively NOT TRUE. I have had gay friends all my life and I am 75. Even back before gays were coming out. I LIKE OR DISLIKE a person for themselves and NOT their sexual orientation.

BUT what people are glad about is a hypocrite is out of office. Those men who are gay, who bash gays, who deny legislation to defend gays, who want to pass laws prohibiting them rights, those are the ones we want to see kicked out of office. AM I NOT CORRECT ON THIS.

8. Abso-bloomin-lootly!
I've known gays all my life, too, and they are judged by their character, not their sexual persuasion.

I disdain hypocrites, whether they be in the closet and passing anti-gay legislation, or drinkers who vote to keep counties "dry" or drug takers who demand immediate imprisonment for anyone smoking a joint.

4. People like Lott are despicable.
It's nice when the very culture of intolerance they actively contribute to comes around to bite them in their hypocritical, lying asses. I don't care who's gay and who's not, but I do care when some homophobic asshole is caught doing the very thing he persecutes others for. I've met these types of men. They bash gays and threaten them, then secretly make passes at and sleep with my gay friends.

6. I sick of "change of face law"
Why not? If he was a Democrat it would be all over the world media.

By forgetting about it...he could come back into power like Newt, Cheney, etc.

If a representative commits some type of crime...sexual or otherwise, they should be banned from public office in this country forever. They shouldn't represent the people. It is supposed to be an honor to hold high office.
