He nailed the 04 election but his Portrait Of America poll in 00 showed Bush* beating Gore 49% -40% on election day!!!
He also consistently shows Buah with a 4-7% higher approval rating than aggregate polling...

According to the new Diebold/ESS poll, republicans win in a close contest
Programmers at the electronic voting firms say republicans will win the whitehouse by a 1.4% margin, overtaking the democrats in a last minute program adjustment.....er..uh...surge.
