I was going to watch Katie Couric this week |
|
but a force of habit sent me to Charlie Gibson.
She said (during a promo on 60 Minutes) that each night she would interview one candidate.
Has anyone caught any of this?

2. And ask questions like, "What frightens you?" |
|
I'll pass. If i do watch nightly news, it would be Brian Williams. Though Ill admit, I watch Tucker then.

3. Here's Couric's breakdown of questions for the major candidates: |
|
Edwards: "So is it true you get $400 haircuts?"
Clinton: "How were you able to save your marriage after Bill's infidelity?"
Obama: "How thrilled were you to get Oprah's endorsement?"
Kucinich: "Does it hurt your feelings when people say you look like an Elf?"
Biden: "You've been criticized for being long winded; how does that make you feel?"
Richardson: "Were you shocked when Dennis Kucinich admitted to seeing UFOs?"
Romney: "Were you sad when the last Rambler rolled off the line?"
McCain: "Tell us about your days as a POW."
Guiliani: "What was your first thought when you realized America was under attack on 9/11?"
Huckabee: "You've lost so much weight in the past, but now you appear to be putting some of it back on. What's going on?"
It's tough, on-topic reporting like this that has earned Katie her reputation for being a top notch journalist.
