Prediction: Nader will not be able to hold public events
Minus the ability to siphon off protestors into free-speech zones, and probably lacking much of a security team, Ralph will find himself ridiculed and harassed everywhere he goes.

If he thinks liberals are going to let him play spoiler again and lie about his true motivations, he's got another thing coming.

1. I'm kinda sick of Nader

Nader entered the political game without understanding the rules. I wish he would run for Congress.

I've heard many arguments that the President is just a figure head. Any analysis of the presidents ability to make rules and liberally interpret laws should show you differently. Team that with a complacent congress and you have a virtual elected dictator (Bush).

I really like Ralph Nader. But I don't like Nader the politician. He DOES speak the truth to a degree. But there IS a BIG difference between Dubaya and Gore.

Push for changes on corporate corruption issues need to come from congress. As a Rep. or Senator, Nader would have the perfect stage for his brand of activism. Imagine a Ralph Nader asking questions in a HEARING for just about everything!!!!!!! It would be like Cynthia McKinney on speed!!!!!!

2. Nader will be a target
I think he is in for a rather rough ride. He'll be heckled and protested everywhere he goes. He's already had to duck out the back door at CNN! What makes him think he can crash the party(ies) after the mess he made in '00.

4. Ralph...PLEASE invest in KEVLAR and
ceramic plated vests, PLEASE .... we are "very concerned" about you.

ANY NON-BUSH VOTES THAT CREEP INTO NADER OR GREEN WILL DILUTE THE ABB MOVEMENT (ANYBODY BUT BUSH) ... HE THINKS WE ARE STUPID .... HIS CON IS TO BASH BUSH ... THINKING HE WILL GET SOME OF OUR VOTES ... IT'S A CON GAME.

HE WILL NOT PULL OVER ANY BUSH VOTES ... IF HE BASHES BUSH ... THEY WILL NOT VOTE FOR HIM .... BUT IF HE CONTINUES TO BASH BUSH, HE WILL PULL SOME DEM OR UNDECIDEDS.

that he is NOT one of us. He's a traitor. Unlike you, I doubt corporate media will cover it much. Nader is considered their ace in the hole for keeping * in office.

13. It will give the right wing fodder to chase their faltering moderates
that are drifting away. They run the tapes of a bunch of pissed of liberals engaging in jackboot thug tactics and they will be able to lead them right back to Bush.

11. Wait until someone throws blood on him
Trust me, there are a lot of Democrats who hold him responsible for the entire Bush Administration. And his decision to run again only confirms their belief that he is a fan of GWB.

17. It's going to make the Democrats look bad. Bush will benefit.
Using intimidation and violence against Nader would really weaken Democratic arguments against Bush. Remember how disgusting we thought the GOP rent-a-riot was. The Repubs will be able to play up a Democratic action against Nader in such a way that wavering Republicans would be brought back into the fold.

38. Well Said
Democrats trying to prevent someone from engaging in free speech. Oh yeah, that would do wonders for the party. I can see the Republican TV ads already, and it would be a prime time story on Faux News.
