Anybody here read "Four Trials" by John Edwards?
I just finished it. Just over 200 pages, a quick read, and very well written. Yes, he was a personal injury lawyer, and a damn good one too!

Read this book and tell me how you think he comes off.

2. I am reading it.
It is great book that shows that Edwards fights for victims of medical malpractice. The books gives you a respect for trial lawyers.

3. I thought he came off great too!
John Edwareds knows who he is and what he is fighting for. He also knows how to win people's trust and persuade them. The book makes clear that he understands that people can spot a phoney. There is nothing phoney about Edwards, and I really think this is the reason he will win for us in November.

he's got the best stump speech I've ever seen. I can imagine what he can do with a jury.

But you know the key to that is he had it all backed up. They did the research, and spent the money because they thought it was the right thing, and it was doable.

Just like the campaign.

4. It's an excellent read!!
Really shows what side he has been on his whole life: the average American's. I wish more people had a chance to read it before casting their ballots.

6. It made me feel great about being in law school...
...although some days I wish I spent this year on the campaign trail...

Anybody else who wants to buy a copy of this book can do it right here:
