It's a maxim to live by, and it's one I am sincerely trying to remind myself of on this forum. Sometimes I fail in that regard, but I'll keep trying and it is a learned skill. It's a skill which improves with practice.

For those of you who care to consider it, maybe give a thought to NOT offering a criticism UNLESS you are prepared to offer an alternative, more appealing option. Example: candidate 'X' sucks because he did this goofy thing! I wish he INSTEAD did this other thing which would have been better.

I don't know what I'm doing in November. But we do need to be framing the debates and campaigns on positives, the things we WANT to see happen.
