Racism,Sexism, Anti-Semitism, Homophobia, And Other Forms Of Bigotry
They are all quite real but we cheapen those terms when we point to their existence in instances where they are not there...

Good night...

3. I was agreeing with you. Not accusing you.

I thought you were saying that people shouldn't accuse Obama of being a homophobe. You were, right?

I know that in your heart you don't believe Barack Obama is a homophobe.

4. I'm Not Going To "Re Litigate" L'affaire McClurkin At 2:00 EST
I think the consensus on the part of the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered community was that Obama was exploiting homophobia among conservative African American evangelicals for political gain...That can be debated , I guess... That's different than calling him a homophobe...

In fairness, I think there is a perception growing among some African American folks that the Clinton's are exploiting racism or racialism to appeal to non African Americans...That's different than calling them racists...

And in turn there is a perception among some that Obama and his supporters are conflating all criticism of him with racism...

They are all playing with fire and might very well end up snatching defeat out of the jaws of victory in November...
