Kerry's ties
Kerry is really sticking to a tight palette of tie colors. Does anyone know the significance of orange as a tie color? Is he trying to convey energy so he doesn't get written off as boring like Al Gore did?

13. I feel so much safer knowing you are monitoring me
I believe it's still ok to express opinion and facts against kerry up to the point when he is annointed the chosen and electable hero.

Until then please monitor my attitude against kerry so I can feel safe under your watchful eye.

2. They're all Hermes
and probably cost him a couple hundred each. But it'll be worth it if they win him the election.

4. I have noticed he seems to like orange.
It is an exciting color.
He had a metallic blue one on one, it was very nice.
Like how his suits are cut too, very stylish.

5. I saw Bush with cufflinks the other day,
I nearly barfed.

Next time you see ashcroft on TV, look at his tie knot - smallest thing I've ever seen. I'd like to touch it. (touching a tie knot is cause for a duel in the square.)

You can tell everything about a man by his tie and his handshake. No joke.

6. !!!!!!!!
That's pretty funny! I think there's probably a lot of truth to that! Oh, just one other thing - a REAL man wants his toilet paper over - not under. :)

12. I think it works well on him.
I think his campaign is trying hard to combat the stiff and aloof reputation that follows Kerry, and a bright colored tie may be a good subliminial message, I bet.

17. Someone has said that JK considers the orange tie his "lucky" tie
Altho this looks like two orange different ties. He does not seem to have many ties, tho--as they are all recognizable. I like them all, by the way.

I received a light blue one with small American flags and his initials, JK, on it for a contribution in December. It is very nice--made in Martha's Vinyard.
