2. All the frontrunner has to do is run with the ball and NOT fumble. |

Sharpton had the best line though as usual.

4. I thought Kucinich spoke the clearest |
|
...on his points and made the most sense. The emphasis on Kerry and Edwards was not satisfying to me since they each looked a little too nervous. And I haven't been a DK supporter. But jeez, he really was clear and had the most self assurance. He certainly is the most centered of them all.

I thought all four did an excellent job. Kucinich as usual was right on the mark on most issues. He even gave Kerry a little poke.
Kerry was talking about the President going about Iraq in all the wrong ways. Kucinich interjected "What was the RIGHT way????" Kerry just ignored him.
I'm glad Kucinich is still making it clear that we MUST withdraw from NAFTA and WTO.

5. I am surprised and thrilled by Edward's performance |
|
I believe Edwards did a stellar job of establishing himself as a wonderful candidate for Vice-President. This is not to say that he has given up on his aspirations for the top job, but rather that he is smart and clever. He knows how to play his hand incredibly well. He is making the idea of his name being on the ticket a very credible possibility.
Kerry did just fine, which is all he planned to do. He's honing his anti-Rove skills. Keep going, Kerry...it's a tough road ahead.
Sharpton had a valuable seat and was proud to be representing his ideas at the table.
Kucinich was the most unfortunate of the candidates, because on him fell the worst consequences of the 'table' format which was used. Kucinich embodies the kind of politician that Democrats really aspire to endorse. He is a voice of clarity and moderation, based on principles and backed by the truth. He is the true non-establishment candidate, rather than Edwards. His race this year is almost over, but my hope for America is that we have not seen or heard the last of Dennis Kucinich.

I think Edwards is definitely considering a split ticket with Kerry. His answer to prodding was excellent. He'd be glad to have Kerry as his Veep ;-)
If Edwards doesn't win Super Tuesday, you can stick a fork in him. He'll be done.

8. Although I support.... |

gay marriage and Kerry I thought his explanation of his stance was poorly thought out and poorly presented. As was his stance on capital punishment. Kerry won!
