I post something about Kerry's wife that had just learned today. What's wrong with his wife being a former repub?

Did I say something wrong about her? She has spent a lot of money on her social ideals and donates quite liberaly of her time, and she was quite an articulate and compassionate speaker. I thought it was quite interesting that she liked the elder better than Dubya.

I kinda figured you folks already knew about this, but I didn't think it would get this kind of reaction. My post was in no way negative to the ABB cause? Isn't that the program? Get everybody on board voting for Kerry in Nov.

I liked Kerry's wife. She kind of inspired me. There is some hope for some of the repubs.

Seriously, what is wrong with you people? I'm telling you guys this is classic paranoid behavior you're displaying here...

YOU were the first person to try to psychoanalyze others. I turned it around on you. I see you don't like it very much - maybe you should consider that before you do it again.

And nobody is my convert - I'm a Clark guy, and I don't know who I'll vote for on Tuesday. It's between Edwards and Kerry. But I will defend any candidate against the silly tactics you use. They're unworthy of reasoned debate.

I don't really have a problem with her. We're not electing a first lady, we're choosing a POTUS. This thread prompted me to do a google search on her since I really don't know that much about her and didn't want to respond based on a single post. Anyway, I was surprised to find lots of RW negative accounts (masquerading as news) about her.

If Kerry is elected, she might actually surpass Hilary as the RW’s most reviled woman. Talk about credentials.

While we're on the subject of first ladies, I think it's ironic that *'s mother and wife both champion the cause of reading while * smirks that he doesn't read. Hell, he can barely talk.

In fairness, I should acknowledge that he has been seen reading books to elementary school children. “See Spot run. See plane crash.”
