4. Like the phrase "fired up"?
I know I went out on a limb typing that. I'm sure I'll hear from the Obama camps legal team.

9. Founded by Cesar Chavez
http://www.ufw.org/

The same and one and only

Founded in 1962 by Cesar Chavez, the United Farm Workers of America is the nation's first successful and largest farm workers union currently active in 10 states. The UFW continues to organize and represent farm workers, including 27,000 farm workers who labor under union contracts at least one day out of the year. Recent years have witnessed dozens of key UFW union contract victories, among them the largest strawberry, rose, winery and mushroom firms in California and the nation. Many recent UFW-sponsored laws and regulations aide farm workers, including last year when the union convinced California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger to issue the first state regulation in the U.S. preventing further heat deaths of farm workers. The UFW is also pushing its historic bipartisan and broadly backed AgJobs immigration reform bill.

6. Yes, but like Bill Clinton PONTIFICATES, you can still be a *good member* and vote for "the other"
Edited on Tue Jan-22-08 03:07 PM by ShortnFiery
Labor endorsements don't mean squat to "the individual members."

Why? Bill Clinton told us all so during the Nevada Caucas.

Or are "The Clintons" going to give us WHIPLASH and insist all members vote for who's endorsed by the Union Leaders?!?

7. Do you know who the leaders and founders of the United Farmworkers are...
And what their role has been in advocacy of better working conditions for farm laborers?

You have a graduate degree right?

13. I know that you have a graduate degree in rudeness. It doesn't matter albeit some have lost
their roots. No, it doesn't matter who founded The United Farmworkers ... why? Bill Clinton has just kicked open the door for "the rank and file" workers to vote independent of "their leaders."

Don't be wrapping yourself in a union flag - it's NOT Clintonian of you  ... I'm pro-union.

What have "The Clintons" done for UNIONS?!?

Therefore, I'm not getting why they'd support these pro-NAFTA people from The Clintonian DLC.

One Word: WalMart

:wtf: over

You're welcome. ;)

18. What I know for a fact is that a red-faced Bill Clinton told "The Cullinary Union" workers
that *each person* needs to make up his/her own mind.

Don't give me a history lesson, especially when this endorsement is, on it's surface "suspect."

Here and now - what "hidden agendas" are at play?

Do you honestly believe that Bill and Hill are Pro-Union?
