Just got finished Phonebanking for Obama

and it was amazing. I have never seen a group of volunteers so organized and..."professional." It was the first time I have phonebanked for Sen Obama and it was a pleasure: the volunteers were supportive, and the amount of diversity in the volunteers was astonishing. Lots of people, because of where I live in LA, spoke Spanish and made calls to Spanish-speaking people, but we also had Korean-speakers. It really was what Sen Obama talks about in his speeches...a mix of young and old, black, white, Latino, Asian...

And tomorrow I'll be at Sen Obama's appearance with Sen Kennedy volunteering. Gobama!
