Breaking NJ poll: Clinton 49%, Obama 37% |
|
Edited on Thu Jan-31-08 09:51 PM by bernicewilliams
The trend indicates that Clinton held a 18% lead two weeks ago. The bad news: If Obama continues to decrease Clinton's lead by the rate of 3% per week, he won't catch up with her, but will end up with a 9-10% deficit. 7. Clinton is not the senator of New Jersey |
|
And the weird theory that "new england" is Clinton's land is absurd. Why did Obama then tie her in Connecticut and not NJ? Let's face it. Obama's inability to tie Clinton in NJ is a failure, since is supposed to have gotten a humongous boost after his SC win and Kennedy's endorsement.
By now, Obama should have been ahead of her in NJ. But you have to downplay this poll, of course.

9. Hillary Clinton did a lot for 9-11 first responders |
|
That earns her major points in NJ, and rightfully so.

8. If Obama can pull within 5-6 points of her in NJ, that would be huge |

10. Its the same trend in every state throughout the entire election. |
|
The more people get to know Obama the better he does in the polls. That should tell us who can win in November.
