The big "Constitutional infracation" stated in it was all the candidates trying to bring us all together. The article says the Founders wanted parties to be contentious to make for a more vialble and dynamic system.

The only reason you posted this piece of shit thread was because you were googling and saw "Obama", "change" and "changing the constitution" and your little brain put together a possible great piece of flamebait.
