Am I the only one that finds Hillary's Nightline appearence yest. and tonight's debate |
|
a lot easier on the ear? I don't know if they changed their speech coach or what but if the Hillary we are seeing this week had been presented from the begining of the campaign I am not sure there would have been much of a campaign.
Still fired up and ready to go for Obama, glad I could honestly give Hillary a compliment.

1. I didn't see her in NIghtline |
|
but yes, if she'd been this person we saw tonight all year, she'd be in a lot better position. It wouldn't fix the lousy policy, the garbage from the 90's and the skeletons that just won't stay in the closet, but she'd probably be winning anyway.

2. For the last several months I have to watch her with a remote so that |

I can switch every 30 seconds or so. Last night I found her entirely engaging and very human better than NH and even better in the parts of the debate I saw.
I personally don't think its enough that the momentum has changed. Spent the day at a VA hospital with Black VA employees and a couple of weeks ago they were very disengaged but complimentary on Obama. They are fucking pissed and planning to line up at the polls at 6 on Tuesday.

Yeah, almost every time she comes on I've just been, Ack I Can't Listen To That For 4 Years!!!. Not tonight though, she didn't annoy me at all. I just don't believe her, lol.
So what are people pissed about? Where are you?

4. I live in San Diego but I was up at the hospital in Loma Linda |

= Riverside, CA. My read is that when Bill attacked and trivialized Obama it struck a very deep chord and reminded each of them of when something like that has happened to them in the past. The other thing that changed was the sisters were saying nice things about Hillary during my last visit. Today they were talking about Michelle. Before they were interested. Now they are fired up and ready to vote.

I'm kind of hoping a lot of independents go vote for Obama since the Republican primary is completely closed.
I wish they could clone Michelle and put her in every state in the country. She is incredible. They probably should have done an ad showing the both of them, to contrast what one White House would look like as opposed to the Obama White House, if you know what I mean. :)
