I've chatted with a few people last night/this morning who are for the first time closely following |
|
politics.
A common theme...wow, those are two really smart, capable, potential presidents.
The media narrative has fallen to the wayside, and Sen Clinton is being looked at anew and in a much more positive light by each. Also, they are utterly blown away by the persona of Sen Obama.
Each asked me, the political guru, LOL, "do you think they'll run together?" with hope and excitement.
Last night was a watershed moment. I feel it, I know you all do too.
The tone and rhetoric has shifted, and it's gratifying.
Now to keep on keeping the conversation and discussion of IMPORTANT issues going in spite of whatever the corporations and media fling at us and them.

And Kucinich and Gravel and Biden and Dodd and Richardson.
I hope some of these outstanding candidates are on the short list for cabinet positions.
