Rep. Charlie Rangel

Rep. John Lewis

many more Out of Iraq Caucus members endorsing Clinton: http://www.sourcewatch.org/index.php?title=Out_of_Iraq_Congressional_Caucus

1. you can count
the number of congressmen and senators supporting Clinton on one hand-Obama is racking them up left and right

2. the point is directed toward those who've based their opposition on her Iraq 'credentials'
very poignant and significant, I think, to have the support of the majority of the founding members of the Out of Iraq Caucus . . . not counting their individual gravitas.

5. Yes, but I think they are only endorsing Obama
because they they can mold him into what they want. They can be very influential if he becomes president...that's my take anyway. Obama spits in the face of long standing members of congress, and the senate, when he says they need to get away from the 'old style' of politics, which means they have all been wrong, then they endorse him. Doesn't gel...without an agenda.

They couldn't do that with any of the other candidates. Obama's new, and impressionable, thus, easy to control.

3. Well let's take a second look
Maxine Waters' husband was an ambassador under Bill.
Lynn Woolsey is an Emily's List candidate.
John Lewis has a long relationship with the Clintons, much like Maya Angelou.
Charlie Rangel's wife just endorsed Obama, can you say playing both ends against the middle.

So puhleeze. Endorsements are done for a lot of reasons, regardless of what the people say.

. . . certainly their endorsement isn't removed from their view of Sen. Clinton's record in that regard.
