Unbelievable. Is there ANY doubt who is bringing in the record breaking number of voters to the 2008 Primary.

5. that's because no one votes in the Colorado caucus
because it is meaningless. All it does is put names on the primary ballot.

You are comparing apples and oranges. Show that turnout for the primary and I'll be impressed.

8. have you ever been to one of our caucuses?
I'm not splitting hairs.

In 2004 there was a decent turnout because we were choosing a Senate candidate. And the caucus results weren't even close to what the primary result ended up being. Which actually was not unusual. It's happened frequently over the years. This time around I expect the turnout to be lower - we already know that both Clinton and Obama will be on the primary ticket - so there's little point in going through the caucus process (which is usually a major league clusterfuck).

Trying to tie a rally to a caucus or primary turnout is pointless - especially when the results of past caucuses haven't been indicative of the primary results.
