There's A Difference Between Attacking A Candidate And Attacking Their Supporters

Personally, I think that anything you want to say against a candidate is fair game. But once you cross the line and start insulting supporters of candidates, you're asking for trouble.

Civility is something this board should strive for at all times. You can't be civil during a primary with regards to who you support. But you can be civil with regards to who you're speaking to when you're making your point.

1. I agree about the difference, but I would say

that you can be civil in your attack/disagreement with a particular candidate. There is a lot of unnecessary nastiness floating around here lately.
