I listen..I hear the heartbeat of America...Obama!

As a devoted C-span junkie-a West Coast C-span junkie no less I listen to America.

There has been a quantumn shift. I kid you not-I did not believe this possible frankly. The past years divisions were so strong I felt that no canidate could unite a majority of Americans.

Frankly I was wrong. America is ready for this. Race is less of an issue as generations grow so my preconception of that issue was mostly unfounded. But what amazes me is the quantity of semi-sane Republicans who have freekin HAD IT with thier party. Obama is getting thier votes.

I heard this sentiment a while back & coming from a Republiucan I thought it was a ploy. It is not. I listen well & the emotion for hope & change are very real & poignant.

Hillary is just devisive-that is a problem any way you slice it. Though she'd probably win if we ran her it would be a missed chance for greater strength in America. Strength through unity.

We are in dire need of some strength through unity IMHO.

But to better sum it up & sound trite at the same time...Obama is for real.I may be a true cynic but I've allowed myself to hope. For the 1st time in eons...
