Never miss http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=wavy+norfolk">WAVY when in Norfolk, Hampton Roads, or Portsmouth.

As Tidewater goes, so goes Virginia in the General.

2. Sincere question.
How many members of your immediate family - out to first cousins - are actively serving right now?

3. My husband is active duty in Hampton Roads
and his co-workers HATE Hillary with a passion!!!!!!! I mean they would prefer ANYONE over her. One of his co-workers stayed up late at night during the Iowa caucus so he could be sure that Hillary lost.

4. You truly would not want to hear what my coworkers say about Obama.
But your speaking for our military indicates to me that you might feel they cannot speak for themselves, like Caroline spitting out the phrase "my parents grandchildren".

Would it have helped if she's been assimilated by the Clintons, instead?

Sounded a little sweeter to your ear?

You'd be gushing about how eloquent that line was.

5. You're making a fool of yourself
Yeah, those E-3s at Norfolk, Oceana, and Little Creek really haul in the dough.

Nobody in the Tidewater region is getting rich off of this war. My father didn't get rich when he was home ported at Norfolk during the Viet Nam War, and the soldiers, sailors, airmen, marines, and coasties aren't making big bucks today.

Your post only shows that you have a childish demeanor and an embarassing lack of understanding of the military.

7. They vote, don't they?
"Yeah, those E-3s at Norfolk, Oceana, and Little Creek really haul in the dough."

Doesn't require money to vote.

"Nobody in the Tidewater region is getting rich off of this war."

Um, the contractors are.

"My father didn't get rich when he was home ported at Norfolk during the Viet Nam War, and the soldiers, sailors, airmen, marines, and coasties aren't making big bucks today."

What in the world does this have to do with the OP? Thanks to your family for your service.

"Your post only shows that you have a childish demeanor and an embarassing lack of understanding of the military."

And yet, I had the mid-term results pegged for Webb in 2006. Funny, how little I understand how those areas operate.
