I was barely talking when this thing was passed. Anyone with any political chops at all knows that formal declarations of war are considered a quaint anachronism now.

I mean, just look at all the undeclared conflicts Bill Clinton jumped into. Was she in the White House, or wasn't she, when those took place?

she wants to be President and also wants that power.

Makes me nervous that she is so concerned about setting precedents for the untrammeled power of Presidents to declare war.
