As a local elected official, and a democrat, I was invited to
an Obama fund raiser tonight. I told the person who invited me that I was an Edwards supporter (of course that was before he dropped out) but now I have returned her call and let her know that I would attend as an Edwards supporter. I will be expected to talk a small bit, any suggestions? Should I talk about Edwards ideals and ask how Obama will support them and adopt them as part of his platform?
