Great photos of Obama's rally in Minneapolis today.
Close to 20,000 turned out to hear him speak today in Minneapolis.

20. It's almost impossible to tell whether or not Obama's ahead, there's an incredible amount of lying
Gallup, Rasmussen and Bloomberg seem to be showing the most realistic odds, but they're also showing against Obama.

USAPolls and USA Today are showing lies, and it's impossible to tell how many others are doing the same.

However, it's reasonable to assume that the republican rags are spinning positive republican polls to rally a majority
around the weakest Democratic candidate--Hillary.

Check www.realclearpolitics.com for a full listing of what the individual sites are posting. I don't trust realclearpolitics,
but their polls match up with their sources.

4. Great pics. What's it like on the ground up there in Minnesota?
Is there a sense of a strong, close finish, or does one camp or the other have momentum?

I bet Mitt Romney couldn't fill an arena of that size.

6. These are exciting! And I'm not even an Obama supporter!
It's so encouraging to see so many people involved and caring. Add that to the large crowds Hillary attracts and I think the Dems are going to do very well in November.

14. Very inspiring photos
I have mixed feelings about the slogan. As a person who lived through the Civil Rights Era, I feel that the slogan slights those who worked so hard to get the vote for African Americans and to get more rights for women.

16. We just got home from the Rally. Holy Cow that was historic!

We got in line at about 11:30 and were already in a pretty huge line at that point. As we waited we watched a steady stream of awe inspired faces, pleasantly suprised at the size of crowd. Finally at about 1:40 we started filing in. We got some pretty good seats but were seated behind Barack, so all pics were into the lighting and I didn't get great pics.

We watched the Target Center fill right up by about 4:00. I think it was an amazingly diverse crowd, full of enthusiasm.

Barack was excellent, his speech was so full of common sense and wisdom. I like how, at the beginning of his speech, he asked us to all sit down if we had seats, so we would all be "more comfortabe"...that is one ego that doesn't need to be constantly stroked.

I don't feel optimistic because I have been told to be. I am optimistic because there were 20,000+ people who will do the work needed to elect Barack Obama.
