9. 8:00 PM PST but the counting is going to be slow for a good reason

We elected Debra Bowen as Secretary of State on an anti-Diebold/electronic voting platform. CA has had a massive revamping of its systems to be certain of a paper trail and accuracy of count. One election official was quoted "It may not be as fast as the media want but it's more important to get it right"
