Well...Fox news just lied
They said that the latest polls clearly show Mccain and Clinton charging ahead of the pack in a clear position to win on Tuesday. In fact, RCP's average now shows a 7 point race after showing a 10 point national race on average yesterday, Gallup has the race 45-44 and ABC has it 47-43 on the dem side. New polls out paint a close picture on the democratic side. Hillary leads in California in some polls, Obama in the others. All within the margin of error. A new local Arizona poll has the race 44-37 Obama. Another has it 43-41 Clinton. Again within the margin of error.

But yet Fox news's chief political correspondent Carl Cameron tells me that it's going to be Hillary vs. Mccain and that both are surging. Nothing could be further from the truth. Mccain is solidfying his lead while Clinton and Obama are roughly even. Not to mention a delegate split being likely.

The same thing happened in 2000 when we were told that it was going to be a 350-400 electoral vote win for Bush against Gore. Ugh.

Somebody needs to tell Carl to look at the polls a bit more closely. I guess this is why I don't watch Fox.

1. They're probably using their poll for their newscasts. Their poll was out yesterday, I believe.

I think NY Post indorsement of Barack was strictly a business move
Murdoch with his fundraiser personally indorsed Clinton, then his paper indorses Barack. Now he has all bases covered.

9. It's an attempt to GOTV for the Republicans on Super Tuesday.
Conservatives hate McCain and they sure as hell hate Hillary. So Fox is saying that they'll have to choose between the two.

This is their last ditch attempt to GOTV for Romney.

10. Or get out and vote for Obama. We won't know the truth until election time.
Everything up to this point is purely speculative.

13. NEWSFLASH: THEY WANT TO RUN AGAINST CLINTON !!!!!
Why else would Ann Coulter come out to support Clinton ?

Isn't it time WE define who is OUR candidate.

I have nothing against Clinton and have supported her candidacy in the past, but I coming to the conclusion that we need to get behind someone .......... different.

16. Where's Major Garrett tonight -- isn't he covering the Dems campaign for Fox?
Carl Cameron has been covering the Republican campaign for months - upsetting Mike Huckerbee in the process (Mike dislikes him even more than he does Mitt Romney). How come they didn;t ask Major Garrettt - who has been shadowing the Dems?
