Edited on Sun Feb-03-08 05:57 PM by Proud2BAmurkin
Wow, against the concept of an income tax now, all in the service to their cult of personality.
It's getting extreme!

5. HRC has never read the constitution |
|
YOU CANT MANDATE HEALTH INSURANCE. ITS UNCONSTITUTIONAL. It goes against civil liberties. You want to TIE INSURANCE COMPANIES EVEN FURTHER WITH JOBS?
WHAT IF I LOSE MY JOB? What if I already have too high a debt? You cant fucking FORCE me to spend what little I have left on an overpriced bullshit health insurance scheme.
Fuck mandates.

You really should be kinder to yourself and learn about the plans.
All that vile stuff cannot be good for your soul.

14. Are you really that confused? |
|
I don't think so but maybe you are. Hillary's plan would be a NEW wage garnishment which will never sell. She hesitated so much about this today but finally gave in, since she had no alternative, when the question was asked 3 times. Does this help you understand the issue?

17. I'd like rich corporate officers to pay into the system if kids at Mickey Ds have to |
|
Since most compensation for top officers (making the big bucks) is not actually wages, seems likely they will end up not paying much into the system the minimum wage earners and workers who have lost real wages the past several years will end up shouldering.
Stop the war (who voted to OK that little fubar treasury buster?) and put the money back into domestic programs. The workers can't keep taking losses in real wages over the years AND have to shoulder more payroll deductions.
Take those hefty tax breaks the top tier got (and even Bill Clinton poked fun of, pointing out the GOP gave him a big break) and put them back into the US Treasury before ANY more burden gets placed on the working classes.
Then we'll talk SINGLE PAYER instead of the existing corporate hierarchy being further buttressed by withholding worker's income. Status quo paid for by the working class is not much help.
It is corporate welfare with a pretty label. But the label is thin and does not disguise much.

29. A garnishment is an adverse action, taken to collect money you were supposed to pay. |
|
for example, if you don't pay your income taxes, your wages can be garnished. That's different than paying directly to the government in the first place.
